Every hat we build is custom crafted from the ground up and typically ships within 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, carrier delays are outside of our control.  Once your hat is complete, it will be shipped promptly with tracking provided.

What does the design process look like?
We keep the process simple, personal, and built around craftsmanship.

1. You share your idea, logo, or vision

2. We review your concept and confirm your order
Once we align on your vision, your order is placed to begin the design process.

3. We create your custom design mockup
After your order is secured, we design a custom mockup tailored specifically to your brand.

4. You review and approve (or request revisions)
We work with you to fine-tune the design until it’s exactly right.

5. We craft your hat and bring it to life
Once approved, we move into production and build your hat with precision and pride.

Design Policy
All custom designs and mockups are created exclusively for Branded Valor Outfitters customers and remain the property of Branded Valor Outfitters until purchase is completed. This ensures we can continue delivering high-quality, original work to every customer we serve.

You’ll never be surprised.

Before anything is produced, we send you a design mockup for approval. Nothing goes into production until you’re 100% confident in the design.

If it’s not right — we fix it.

Absolutely.

We’ll work with you to make adjustments until everything looks exactly how you want it. Our goal is to deliver something you’re proud to wear.

Once your design is finalized, we keep it on file for easy reorders and future builds. Whether you need one hat or one hundred, we can recreate your design quickly and consistently.

Our patches are crafted from premium leather and leatherette, precision laser engraved for a clean, durable finish.
