Returns & Exchanges Policy
Effective Date: April 8, 2026

At Branded Valor Outfitters, each item is crafted to order with attention to detail and quality. Because of the custom nature of our products, we maintain the following return and exchange policy.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All custom products — including hats with custom patches, engraving, or personalization — are made to order.

For this reason:

  • We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items.
  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • If your order has not yet entered production, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
We will replace items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our error

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Photos of the defect or damage are required for review

If the issue involves the custom application (patch, engraving, etc.) and the base hat is undamaged, we may request the original hat be returned for re-application. If the base hat itself is damaged, we will replace it with a new item.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selections
  • Color variations due to screen differences
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Custom design approval errors once production begins

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Return Shipping
If an exchange is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions via email
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours
  • Shipping times for replacements may vary based on production schedules

To request an exchange or report an issue, please contact:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will review and respond within 2 business days.
